Awyken Life Coach Training

A few months ago I had an amazing opportunity arise through a new friend in Seattle.  A good friend invited me to a Life Coaching seminar put on by a friend of his.  I was a little skeptical about the whole thing, but to my amazement, I am 100% glad I went.  The content was amazing, the students were great, and being the “client” was one of the most powerful things I have ever experienced!

I am hooked!  I can’t wait till Awyken brings their Professional Coach Training to Seattle!

The Fremont Troll!

I had no idea something likes this existed!  Supposedly the constructions workers who built the bridge abutment on the north side of the HWY 99 Bridge had a LOT of extra concrete and created this structure.  I kept hearing about it and decided to check it out for myself.

Pike’s Place Market!

Hello everyone,

So yesterday I went to the world famous Pike’s Place Market. So a little information on it, it is a public farmer’s market that overlooks the Elliott Bay Waterfront. I went on a Friday afternoon and it was packed, there were so many people walking around and shopping. It was definitely a wonderful experience. You can buy things like fresh fish to handmade clothing and so much more. It was so much to take in, with all the stands and people I got lost a couple times! I got some fresh fruit and jerky and a couple pounds of salmon. Also I got to see the first Starbucks, I’m not much of a coffee person but I’m learning you can always find a coffee shop nearby in Seattle. I definitely enjoyed the day and I will definitely go again. Next up, the Fremont Troll!
